Looking for another book for foots we opened and funded a account with Diamond. Bet the deposit on over 1st half in the Arizona/Houston game and won. Was going to bet the 2nd half but lo and behold they still have not graded the 1st half 5 minutes into the 3rd quarter. Maybe i have been spoiled by Pinnacle, 5dimes and the Greek grading in seconds over the years but that is still bush league for a book that big not able to grade the only nfl game on at the during a Saturday.
Is this their usual way of doing business? Needless to say a withdrawal will be put in as soon (if ever) they finally grade it. Bad way to start off.

Big thumbs down!!

um, maybe that is their policy and you just didnt read the fine print BEFORE loading up there. Dont fault them for your lack of research and assumption.

SS, I agree about not sweating the small stuff but you have to admit if Ariz covers the pick on the 2nd half and you miss out on a decent win it would leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Is this normal for them or was it a isolated issue?

I understand your frustration, that is one of the FEW sponsors I havent actually tried yet, so I dont know if it is common.

I know this is sometimes easier said than done, but i usually make sure I am never fully extended on a game and always have some funds available so i am never shut out on a play I want......

I would normally be funded up but i had planned to go shark fishing today thru tomorrow but my boat's starter shit the bed. Since i am just sitting around i figured i would make a deposit and see if i could run it up.

Although, Since Houston just scored i may have to take it all back:lolBIG:. Just kidding but if this is common practice or "policy" as MTR says i would just like to know as to avoid.

I looked on their website and no info about slow grading as policy.:howdy:
As for "pitching a fit", In case you haven't looked what board you are in this is for discussing offshore books. And that's what i'm doing.

I take it all back! I love Diamond!:nohead:
Still will be withdrawing and closing the account as the grading coupled with their C/S equals problems. At least my boat's starter, Tune up and a full tank of gas is on them (thats if they ever do grade it).:lolBIG:

Whats their rollover policy on deposits? May be alittle premature on that withdrawal idea holmes?

This is the exact situation "rolling wagers" are the perfect solution. Many books offer "rolling wagers" (BetJamaica, 5Dimes, ...). Unfortunately, I don't believe DSI is one of them. With A rolling wager, slow grading is not normally a concern.
